I did a second yoga class this evening, which was a combination of hatha flow, intensive stretching and holds, and meditation. The flow, followed by the holds, really quieted my mind for the meditation, which has left me feeling grounded and peaceful tonight and the practice had some rocking classical awesomeness. But the joy came at the end, when, instead of Shavasana (dead pose), we did the reclining bound angle pose to restore.
I might have been singing the Hallelujah chorus during the pose. Holy awesome girl power!
It was better than therapy. 🙂
