Yoga Day Eleven – Camel

Oh dear god, I am so tired.  And my quads, actually everything below my waist, hurts like crazy.  So I’ve done Camel before in the middle of the room, but with my toes tucked.  Today, I did camel against a wall, which really helped me focus on keeping my hips and thighs forward and was able to drop my toes.  I worked it on each side and then back.

And now I want to die.  Sleep come soon, please!
