Yoga Day Fifteen – Wild Thing

I’m pretty wiped and waited until almost eleven to blog because I have so many ideas dancing through my head.  Today’s pose is SUPER FUN now that I have enough shoulder, wrist, and leg strength to do it.  Basically this pose is a sideways twist from a downward dog until a three legged backbend.

Keep flipping over and if you can plant the foot you twist and keep your hips up and your shoulders open, it’s a glorious, big, bold pose.


Pretty back bend.

Open heart.

Wild Thing.
