Yoga Day Twenty Two – Prasarita Padottanasana

I freaking LOVE the Wide-Legged Forward Bend.  Probably because it comes it the middle of the practice when my hips and hamstrings are warmed up (often after an intense and long held warrior or lunge hold), but also because I can really find my breath and fall forward, while keeping my legs really strong.

And let my arms and head get lower.

And lower, until my head almost touches the ground.

Yum!

Double yum!
