Maybe it was all the time I spent working with a trainer doing squats and lunges, but I like chair pose. I mean, it’s not fun or easy, but utkatasana makes me feel strong and tough.
This is kind of where I am, so the goal for me is to get my arms back and my tush down.

The twisted pose is part of my regular practice but only recently does it not make me want to die. Now I can barely breathe, but I manage.
