Take a Deep Breath

None of us want to feel pain, or get hurt. We all wish to be happy.
Isn’t it insane that to try to enjoy pain? The answer is negative.

First to know about Pain,
Good pain is a power for improvement,
Bad pain is a damage that threatens health.

Recently, I started my new section of Yoga class. This term I have chosen the Vinyasa Yoga because of Dianna who is the yoga teacher. She leaves me a special first impression. She is wearing sweat smile, but her eyes revealing a mixed feeling. I wonder how she looks so confident and balance all her emotions well. She gives me a different feeling of being happy from her facial expression.

The first principle she introduces in the class is “Good Pain, Bad Pain”.
