I did my first heated power vinyasa class this evening and am wildly exhausted. Mostly because of the tons of three legged dogs. I LOOOVE the grace of the leg up in the air.
I hatehatehate the strain on the shoulders and the fight to keep the shoulders squared, particularly when opening the hip.
I love the stretch in the planted hamstring.
I love the linear stretch through from the hand to the toes.
I don’t love the exhaustion from seemingly endless rounds of three legged dogs
Oh dear god, I am tired.
